Home Energy Ratings Australia manages the initial customer request, quote, payment and allocation. After the hand-off, the assigned assessor manages property access, the onsite assessment, certificate delivery and technical questions. Home Energy Ratings Australia remains the customer’s commercial and escalation contact.
You may apply only if you are currently accredited to complete Home Energy Rating assessments for existing homes.
Home Energy Ratings Australia checks current relevant accreditation before allocating any customer assessment. New-home-only accreditation does not meet this application requirement.
